


Lily Pond
One of Manitoba’s first established climbing “crags” (climbing areas) and often the first to thaw out from the snow. Located in Whiteshell Provincial Park, this climbing area is a classic to those from Winnipeg as it is the closest rope climbing for day trips. Nestled along the #44 Highway, this south-facing wall provides excellent introductory climbing and incredible views looking out over Lily Pond.
With its location being just west of West Hawk Lake, a post-climb swim and snack from the Nitehawk is a must
